EnergyUnited Storm Center - Outage Information Map and Table

EnergyUnited works hard to prevent outages and then diligently to restore power to our members as quickly as possible when they occur. However, restoration time depends on how widespread the outages are as well as the various causes, such as broken poles, downed trees and access to damaged facilities. In fact, EnergyUnited obtained a reliability rating of 99.98% in 2013, meaning that on average our members were without power for less than 2 hours. This reliability rating of 99.98% is one of the highest in the country. To report an outage, log in to the Account Information page and click on the "Report an Outage" button, or call 1-800-EUNITED (1-800-386-4833) to use our automated outage reporting system. If you have information concerning the outage or prefer to speak with a Customer Service Representative, call 1-800-522-3793. We have provided a summary table of current outages below.
